Room rate is available 3 nights before and after the event based on availability. The hotel has shuttle availability from the airport. After you land land and have collected their luggage please direct them to call the property at 808-246-5050 ext. 3. They will receive instructions to meet the airport shuttle at pick up point A or B.

Hotel check in time is 4:00 PM check out time is 12:00PM.

The cost for parking is $40.00 for valet and $30.00 for self-parking

The Hotel may charge Group’s attendees, as liquidated damages and not as a penalty, (an ”Early Departure Fee”) equal to
the attendee’s room charge for one (1) night, plus tax, as compensation to the Hotel if the attendee checks out of the Hotel
prior to the attendee’s scheduled departure date, without notifying the Hotel at check-in of the change in scheduled departure.

Guests staying off property are welcome to valet their cars with the resort there is a charge for the day, $10. They will just need to tell the bell desk when they arrive, and they will be set up with the correct day ticket. You will not have access to the pools and beaches of the resort, only the meeting portion and welcome reception.
